B: Sure! That would be great. Thank you so much.

A: Yes, madam. Can I help you?

B: Yes, please. Yesterday my daughter bought this skirt from this shop. I'd like to change it. Here, I've got the receipt.

A: What's the problem?

B: I'm afraid it doesn't fit. It's a size 12 and it's too small.

A: Mm. Then perhaps you ought to try a size 14.
