Welcome back to John's Cooking. Today I will tell you how to make stir-fried carrots and beef. First, wash the carrots and beef, and cut them into pieces. Then, put the beef into a big bowl. Add some soy sauce and pepper to it and mix them together. Next, put some oil in a wok, heat the oil and stir-fry the beef for 2~3 minutes. Then add the carrot to the beef and stir-fry for 5 more minutes. Finally, add some salt and serve them on a plate.
