 Ben’s past life

Ben was mostly well-behaved at school when he was small . He was naughty sometimes ---all kids are naughty sometimes ! He behaved well because he liked his teacher. He went to a small village school . The school was so tiny that it only had two classes for all the children up to the age of 11! You won’t be able to find the village on a map of England ---not unless you have a very large scale map ! It was called Goodnestone and the nearest small town was Sanwich . Not long after he left the school , they closed it because it cost too much to run for only a few students . Now students have to go to Sanwich on the bus .

He liked Goodnestone when he was small .Everyone in the village knew him . The men who drove the tractors on the farms all waved when they passed .They moved to Oxford when he was seven . They moved because his dad changed jobs .He liked living in a city . There ‘s so much to do . There was n’t much to do in Goodnestone . That’s Ok when you are small , but not for teenagers like us !
