A big fire broke out on the twelfth floor of the Gola Grand Hotel at 11:30p.m. on September 4^th , 1996. At the time of fire , some guests living in it were watching TV , some were talking with friends and some of them were fast asleep . The guests were mostly travellers from the UK, the U.S. and Australia . The fire was put out twenty minutes later and all the guests got away safely by the fire exit . Nobody was injured . No one knew what started the fire.
