Kate got a bad cold. She stayed in the hospital for about four days. She looked out of the window. There is nothing outside. The room is white. The bed is white. The quilt is white. Even the light is white. “The hospital is dull.” Kate thought. She wanted to go back to school. She missed her classmate, her teacher and the school. She felt lonely.

Kate closed her eyes. Then she heard the sound of Lisa. “I must be dreaming.” Kate said to herself.” You are not dreaming, Kate!” Kate opened her eyes and then she saw Lisa stand before her bed. Her classmates came to see her.

“How are you feeling, Kate?”

“I feel much better.” Kate said.

“Here are some apples for you.” Gao Wei held a basket of apples.

“I have some bananas for you, too”

“Look, here is a Teddy Bear for you.”

“Oh, thank you. But I'm worried about my lessons.”

“Don't worry. I'll help you with your math.” Gao Wei said.

“I will help you with your science.” Bob said.

“I will help you with your Chinese.” Li Yan said

“Thank you very much.”

Kate's classmates brought her so many fruit. They also helped her with her lessons. Kate felt very happy and not lonely now.
