Many middle school students like watch TV very much. But from Monday to Friday, they have to go to school, so on Saturday and Sunday they stay at home and watch TV, from morning to night. They don’t know it’s bad for their eyes. Usually children like fish and meat, but they don’t like vegetables or fruit. They don’t know eating more vegetables and fruit is better than eating meat.
At school the children only do a few minutes of sport or never do any sport. The teachers must know it isn’t good for their health. 
        We always think of ways to keep healthy. We must eat more vegetables and fruit, and do enough sport every day. And we should watch TV and read in right ways.
