Brown：My blood pressure tends to be high, but I’ve never had any heart trouble. 
Doctor：Oh, I see. Do you often drink and smoke? 
Brown：I’m afraid I do. Is it very serious? 
Doctor：No, nothing serious. Just take it easy .But I still advise you to get the bad habits out and do more exercise instead.
