Jane: Er , my knee is pain and maybe it is bleeding ,also I feel my ankle is pain , I sprained(扭伤了) my ankle and wrist just now . I need some ointment （药膏）to relieve（缓解）my pain.

Jane: I went to ski with my classmates , and it is so cold ,my chin and ear are nearly frozen（冻僵的） , my foot and hand were rigid （僵硬的）when I began to ski，there were so many people , and I fell carelessly. So unlucky!
Mr Wang: You should slowly and carefully .I will give you some ointment and painkillers（止痛药）.
Jane: Thank you .Mr Wang. Can I go out and have sports recently?
Mr Wang: No, you can’t. You should be quietly to recover（恢复） your knee.
