Jim's New Apartment

    This is Jim's new one-bedroom apartment. It's downtown in a very convenient location. He's showing his new apartment to his friend Tom. The apartment has a living room with a large window. There's a very nice kitchen with a dishwasher, a larger refrigerator, and lots of cabinets. There's a shower in the bathroom, and the bedroom has a nice large closet. The rent is $ 450 a month, and that include utilities.
