In Chengdu, basically November to March is indeed sort of gloomy(adj. 黑暗的；沮丧的；阴郁的), and it will probably be rainy and a little chilly(adj. 寒冷的；怕冷的). There is a layer of fog-like gray (but not fog) that's nearly perpetually(adv. 永恒地，持久地) over the sky, but the weather is warm enough for you to wear just a sweater outside.

    In the summer though, it is definitely not gloomy. It's bright and sunny most days of the week with more visible blue skies than in the larger, more polluted cities, but it's very humid(adj. 潮湿的；湿润的；多湿气的) and hot. It's known to be a humid region.

    During the autumn,sometimes it will be gloomy and rainy, and sometimes it will be a fine day with clear autumn sky and crisp(adj. 脆的；新鲜的；易碎的) air.

    It's foggy(adj. 有雾的；模糊的，朦胧的) and dry in winter, but not cold. It seldom to have snow there, only one or two times per year.

    The four seasons of Beijing is very obvious(adj. 明显的；显著的；平淡无奇的).There are four seasons in a year. They are spring, summer, fall and winter.

    Spring is warm and sunny. The trees are green and flowers are beautiful. We can plant trees and run on the grass.

    Summer is my favorite season. The weather is very hot, sometimes it rains. I like to swim in the swimming pool. And I can wear my beautiful dress. And I can eat ice creams.

    Fall is a beautiful season. The weather is very cool. We can eat a lot of fruits. And the leaves are colorful.

    Winter is very cold. But in Nanhai it does not snow. We can not play with snow. I like the four seasons very much.
