the bird park

    One of the most interesting places to visit in Singapore is the bird park.It‘s located in the industrial area of Singapore,called Jurong.The bird park is about 12 kilometres from the centre of the city and it‘s easy to get there by bus or taxi. There are hundreds of beautiful birds from many different parts of the world, including penguins(n. 企鹅), parrots,eagles(n. 老鹰乐队，鹰；老鹰（eagle复数形式）) and ostriches(n. 鸵鸟；回避现实的人).The birds are kept in large cages.There‘s also a very large cage which you can walk inside to get a closer look at the birds.It takes about two hours to see all the birds.You can walk around the park or ride on the bus.The best time to visit the park is in the early morning or late in the afternoon,when it is cooler.

My holiday

    Summer holiday has already come. How happy am I!The favorite thing I wanna do is traveling. I joined an outdoor club and went to the seaside in Zhejiang province with other members. The wind, the sunshine, the blue sky and the happy boys and girls formed a wonderful picture! At noon, we cooked seafood like crabs, shrimps, seashells and so on. They are all so delicious. My mouth is now watering again. I will never forget such interesting expirence.
