English Muffin(松饼) Pizza

Preparation
3 muffins(松饼) – split
? 1 pound of ground beef
1/4 teaspoon of garlic（大蒜） powder（粉，粉末）
? 1/4 teaspoon of onion powder
? 1 pinch（一撮，微量） of salt and pepper（胡椒粉）
? 3/4 cup of pizza sauce（酱汁）
? 8 ounces of shredded（碎条） cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degree

How to make it?
First in medium fry pan brown beef and add onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper; then spread muffins on baking sheet with sides; next spread approximately 2 tablespoons of pizza sauce on each muffin; then add approximately 2 Tablespoons of browned beef; top with 2 tablespoons of shredded cheese; finally bake about 10-12 minutes until the cheese is melted.
