If you have a cold, what should you do? Here are some advices.
Go to see a doctor first, and take the medicine according to the doctor’s advice. 
Get enough sleep. If you can’t sleep well, keep relaxing. Listen to some music, see a movie, or read an interesting book or a magazine. 
Wear warm clothes. You might be cold within one minute, but hot within the next minute. So if you wear some clothes, don’t take off your coat casually.
Wash your hands often. Also, don’t share your cups, chopsticks or spoons with others. 
Maybe you will get better in a week, but you should keep on taking the medicine on time for several days and take care of yourself.
