Here is the latest weather bulletin issued by the Hong Kong Observatory.

A ridge of high pressure is bringing generally fine weather to southern China.

At 10 a.m., Typhoon Kaemi was centred about 940 kilometres east-northeast of Manila. It is forecast to move northwest or west-northwest at about 20 kilometres per hour in the general direction of Taiwan.

Light to moderate southerly winds.
