When it gets warmer and the leaves sprout on the trees, I know spring is here. There are three months in spring, March, April and May. In spring little birds are singing in the nest. The yellow sun is shining, and gentle wind is blowing. Tiny raindrops are falling on the ground. 
When it gets hot, I know summer is here. There are three months in summer, June, July and August. The vocation is in August. These are my plans for my summer vacation. I would like to go to the lake with my dad and catch a big fish. I would like to go swimming with my friends. 
When the weather gets colder and leaves turn yellow, I know autumn is here. September, October and November are in autumn. My mother's birthday is in October. I will give her a picture frame as a gift. My sister will make some paper flowers for her. 
When the leaves fall off the trees, I know winter is here. December, January and February are in winter. In December animals begin to prepare for winter. Some birds fly south for the winter. They go to a warmer place to find food. This called migration(迁徙). Some animals hibernate（冬眠） all winter. This is a deep sleep. Bears hibernate in dens. Frogs hibernate at the bottom of ponds. There the water does not freeze.
