It is party because what China does not have many swimming pools, but it also reflects（反映） the way of Chinese parenting（养育）. The Chinese parents do not want the children to learn swimming. They are afraid something bad may happen. 
　　In the U.S., there are so many swimming classes, and the classes are well organized（组织）. Learning swimming is much safer（安全）.
