Many years ago, Shenzhen was a small town. Only a few thousand people lived here. The schools were small. There were no libraries; no computer rooms and no music rooms. There was no subway, too. There were a little hotels, restaurants and bookshops. Many people were fishermen and farmers. Life was very slowly.

But now, Shenzhen is a big city. More than ten million people live here. There are many tall buildings. There are lots of schools, too. In the school, you can see lots of computers in the computer room. We can learn a lot of things. We can read books in the libraries. We can buy    things in the shop. The shops are very big. There are a lot of restaurants and hotels, too. They are very beautiful and clean. There are much traffic so there are a lot of highways. Oh, there is a subway, too. People do many different jobs. Such as office   workers, waiters, shop assistants, teachers, doctors, builders, bosses and so on. Shenzhen is quite different now. Life is very fast. I like Shenzhen very much.
