My favorite food is Beijing Duck, and it is one of China's national foods. The dish is famous for the thin, crispy skin(脆皮). You can eat it with pancakes(薄煎饼), spring onions, and sweet noodle sauce(甜面酱). It’s so delicious. You can go to the restaurant of Quanjude(全聚德).
