Carlovyraky

Carlovyraky, located 10 km west of Prague by the Ohre, is a small beautiful mountain city built in 1349, and now is a famous resort. This small city is full of green trees and sweet smelling flowers, which you cannot find in big cities. The rolling paths are covered by green. Few people walk in a hurry and even cats walk slowly. The business center of the small city is where several roads come together. Here buildings are clearly laid out with different types of windows: some are arched or rectangular; some are like palace and castle windows; some even copy the style of a church. All look solemn and mysterious. On top of the buildings are many carvings, including the statue of liberty, animals, and many beautiful patterns. These carvings and fresh flowers on the balconies add to the beauty of this city.
