一、教学内容:
1、复习巩固本单元的数字one—ten.
2、能够熟练掌握本单元句型How many...? How old are you? I’m ...years old.
3、拓展词汇:light the candles,made a wish,blow out the candles,sing a birthday song,cut the cake.
4、拓展句型:What can you do on your birthday party? I can ... on my birthday party.

二、教学目标:
1、知识目标:
(1)能听懂,会说句型:How many? Happy birthday! How old are you? I’m ...years old.听说认读单词one,two,three,four,five,six,seven,eight,nine,ten.
(2)基本掌握拓展内容的听说并学会初步运用。
2、能力目标:
能够在图片,实物和教师的帮助下运用“How many...s?”询问物品的数量并作答。能够在实际情景中运用“How old are you? I’m ...years old.”询问年龄并作答。会用“Happy birthday!”向别人表达生日的祝福。
3、情感态度价值观:
了解中西方文化站谈论年龄话题的差异,了解不同国家的幸运数字,注意单词音,形,义之间的联系,整体学习单词。
三、学情分析:
三年级的学生已具备两年的跨越式英语学习能力,具备一定的英语口语以及英语听说能力,已掌握句型:What’s this/that? It’s a/an... This is ... I have a/an... What’s your name?
My name is ... I’d like some... I’m hungry. Can I have some...? Here you are. Thank you!以及Let’s ...引导的祈使句。已掌握词汇类别:animals ,colours,等等。
四、教学重点:
1、复习巩固本单元所学的词汇及句型。能够听,说,认读动词词组light the candles,made a wish,blow out the candles,sing a birthday song,cut the cake.
五、教学难点:
能够理解,听,说,认读并运用句型What can you do on your birthday party?
I can ... on my birthday party. What would you like? I’d like ...

Step1:Warm up.(课前问候)
1、Greetings.
Good morning. Good morning.
Nice to meet you! Nice to meet you, too.
How are you? Very well, thanks. And you?

2、播放视频:首先是一张显示时间的日历,同学们在讨论生日。

A:How old are you? B:I’m ... years old.(学生讨论的画面复习句型并近一步创设本课情境。)

播放视频:超市里学生们在挑选礼物以及生日所需的物品。

播放庆祝生日的画面视频:一群朋友围坐在蛋糕旁边,点蜡烛,许愿,唱生日歌,吹蜡烛,切蛋糕。学生跟唱生日歌。
