CCTV TV Program Detail Process (Three Steps)

        As guest on our CCTV programs, You must follow three steps:

Step One: Select ABCD packages, Sign contract 100% payment and prepare information.

1. According to the demands of your publicity, you can choose:

        1) One 30 minutes duration program, selection ABCD package according to the budget ;

        2) (Most) Two 30 minutes duration programs: 

                One TV program: 90 minutes recording time, cut a 30-minute film;

                Two TV programs: Recording time 130 minutes, cut into two 30-minute film.

2. Sign Contract and 100% payment.

        Guests choose the right package, the two sides signed a "contract" and pay 100% of the payment

3. What information the Guest need to prepare for our CCTV program?

        (Chinese, English )  the video before shooting, pictures, text, etc.

        1) Guest Personal Profile

        2) Product Information

        3) promotion aspiration

        4) video DVD and so on.（insert harding advertising on the Airport and the railway programs）

        5) recording the scene according to the needs of guests to personalize layout-Guest image display,Corporate image display,Enterprise Products promotion,Performance and exhibition;

        6) the most handsome photo of guest(hanging in the program on-site) and the most like a life motto (in the record shows, the host will ask guests to write in your own photo)

        7) (guest can option)banner and display card produced by the guest company : During the program, businesses can play display banner (company name), display card (guest name) （brand name )and so on.

Note: On-site banner up to no more than 2 meters wide and not more than 60 cm.To do the best red background, text color is white.

        8) (guest option) can invite a friend or a senior industry person 1-2 play observers.

 

Step Two: Interviews, Shooting, Recording

For foreign guests:

        Foreign guests: to provide previously recorded video, pictures, text and other information for our reference chosen to make film insert, thus saving shooting time and international Travel Expenses . Guest directly to Beijing China to participate in programs.

For Domestic Guests:

        1) The first week (Monday to Sunday): In China, normally ,We'll arrive guest company on the third day when received 100% payment. Interviews and Shooting

        2) The second week (every Wednesday and Thursday a fixed time): Beijing CCTV studio recording scene.

Specific procedures are as follows:

1. Signing the contract, received 100% payment, list shooting schedule.

        In China, normally ,We'll arrive guest company on the third day when received 100% payment. Outside China according to different countries visa conditions.

2. Programming: playwright-director personnel to interview, determine the guest submitted recording copywriter. Playwright-director 1-2 people, editor-in-chief 1 person. Interview time 1-2 days. Making copywriter and press guest requirements adaptation, 2-3 days, newspaper editor audits. Final document.

3. Arrange outside shooting , film insert : professional cameraman personnel according to document and enterprise, guests propaganda requirements for specific shooting 1-2 days, make film insert.

4. The whole team held special topic meeting:

        For the video material had been shot, document and subject , joint trials comprehensively.

        Participants: playwright-director, editor-in-chief, video production, host, general directors, producers, etc.

        Formulate finally shooting scene process.

5. Determine the shooting time, notify all participants.

6. Site personnel organization: join this program to record all the site personnel overall plan, organize and arrange.

7. The scene photography:

        One program recording 90 minutes,

        two program recording 130 minutes.

        1) Place : Beijing, China Central Television Studio; 

        2) CCTV -Host 1 person,

        3) Observers 2-3 person,

        4) The audience 60-80 people,

        5) Lighting engineer, cameraman, instructor in broadcasting, sound engineer, directing, ect  about 15 people.

        6) Makeup girl 1-2 people.

8. Post-production filming: all shooting content of the image, sound and background of editing, synthesis, about five days completed.

9. Internal audit: playwright-director, producer editing good film passmark.

10. CCTV audit:

        1) Qualified: As long as don't oppose communist party of China, don't involve Tibet/Taiwan and other sensitive issues, they can pass the examination.

        2) Confirm broadcast time, producer, print bar code, distribute to CCTV 7 channels arrangement broadcast.

11. Arrange broadcast: 7 channels on a rolling.

Step Three: Broadcast

Broadcast time: recording the show aired after 1 month.

1. Send this program, the "CCTV broadcast schedule" to the guests, please watch the guests on time.

2. CCTV central digital television, broadcast finished, (the airport broadcast is completed, the railway is completed broadcast), our guests will

        CCTV major talk show for 30 minutes DVD (Airport aired 3 minutes DVD, broadcast 15 minutes of the railway DVD), 90 minutes entire recording DVD, a one-time delivery and invoices sent to guests.

3.100 broadcast on local stations: According to local stations "broadcast schedule."

        Airport air: According to the airport, "broadcast schedule."

        Railway broadcast: According to the railway, "broadcast schedule."
