一、概述：

本课是pep小学英语三年级下册Unit 2第二课时。第一课时讲了Who’s that man？及单词father,dad.这一课时主要是让学生在第一课时的基础上学习单词father(dad),man,mother(mum),woman和句子Who’s that woman? She’s my mother.通过学习，要求学生能够用句型对所学知识进行情景交际。

二、教学目标：

1，知识与技能目标：

掌握单词father(dad),man,mother(mum),woman，并能够用Who’s that woman/man? She’s/He’s my…这一句型来询问，并且能够用英语进行正确地回答。

2，过程与方法：

a、通过教师教读、听录音、教师示范、歌谣等形式，掌握单词的正确读音。
b、通过师生示范，俩俩对话等形式，让学生运用所学句型进行交际，并在交际过程中掌握句型。
c、通过拓展听读进一步学习、巩固所学内容。

3，情感态度价值观：

通过本课学习来培养学生学习英语的兴趣，让学生在真实的语境中体验学习英语的快乐。

三、学生特征分析：

本课的学习对象是三年级下学期的学生，有过半年的英语学习经历，对英语单词的发音和言语的表达有一定了解。而且他们对英语的学习很感兴趣，同时也掌握了一些学习英语的简单方法。

四、教学重、难点：

重点：

掌握单词woman,mother及句型Who’s that woman? She’s my mother.

难点：

tall,small,son,family以及拓展单词grandmother,grandma,grandfather,grandpa的读音。

五、教学策略设计：

本课主要以“交际为中心”和“教师为主导，学生为主体”的策略，采用师生说、俩俩说及多媒体跟读的方式方法来学习新单词及新句型。

六、教学过程：

1、Warm up and review

A:Chant

T:I’m very glad to meet you here ,so first let’s chant to begin our class,OK?

师生一起拍手chant.

(Let’s chant一方面活跃了课堂气氛，另一方面，这首歌谣的内容与本课时相关，学生通过歌谣来复习学过的内容)

B:师生对话:

T:Hello！What’s your name?

S:My name’s…

T:How are you?

S:Fine,thank you.

T:How old are you?

S:I’m ten years old.

T:I’m from the USA.Where are you from?

S:I’m from…

学生俩俩练习，然后展示。

C：介绍朋友

根据提示学生介绍图片上的人物

教师先做示范，学生俩俩练习，最后学生展示

（通过这一环节，既让学生复习了前面所学知识，为新授做准备，同时又锻炼了学生的口语）

2、Lead in and presentation.

创设情境：出示ppt，T：This is a park,many people will come here to play.Let’s see who will come.

出示ppt,先由girl,boy,man引出woman,再由Who’s that man /girl/boy?引入Who’s that woman?由旧知引出新知。同时又拓展了句型Who’s that boy/girl?和单词grandmother,grandfather。

3、practice and show

T：now,we know the family munbers,let’s chant.师生一起chant.

T:Now many people are in the park,let’s talk about them

出示主情景图，教师和一名学生示范，然后学生两两练习，学生展示。

出示姚明的幻灯片，教授tall.

T:Who’s that man?

S:He’s Yaoming.

T:Look,he is tall

在此让学生初次理解tall的意思,然后出示郭晶晶的图片，教授学生not so tall，为学习Let’s chant做铺垫。

出示ppt,T：Look，there is a family  in the park ,too.let’s look.通过ppt再次展示father,mother,tall,not so tall, small,son的意思，学生通过图片来理解以上单词的意思。

Chant,先放动画，然后学生跟说

4、consolidation and extension（拓展听读，整体感知）

拓展一：Main scene（拓展单词Easter Bunny）

拓展二：拓展单词sister和句子Is she your sister?

拓展三：拓展句子Come on,Let’s wathch TV

拓展四：拓展单词beautiful，actress。

5、综合运用

A: Hi, Who’s that boy?

B: He’s my brother.

A:Who’s that girl?

B: She’s my sister.

A: Who’s that man?

B: He’s my father.He’s tall.

A:Who’s that woman?

B:She’s my grandma.She’s not so tall.

(ppt出示本节课出现的所有家庭成员，包括拓展的单词，学生可以选择其中的人物来进行练习)
