The Spring Festival

        There are many different kinds of festival in China, but the most important ones should be the Spring Festival, the Mid-Autumn Festival, the Lantern Festival and the Dragon-boat Festival. I think my favorite is the Spring Festival, it is the most important festival for all Chinese people. We Chinese people consider it a mark of the past year as well as the begining of coming year. All people sum up the past year and make new plans for the coming year. I like the Spring Festival also because it is the festival that all family members, living at home or working far away from home, gather together and enjoy saying their best wishes to each other. On that day, people will traditionally set off fireworks to cheer each other up. This is the happiest time for children. They will wear new clothes and enjoy delicious food. At that time, everywhere in China is full of happiness. I enjoy the atmosphere of happiness during that time.
