Everyone has his/her own interest and hobby to fill the spirit space. This is the best food of the spirit world. As a boy,I loved music and art,especially musical instrument.But reading was my first favourite. Then there were no TV sets or computers but a radio. And I only loved reading picture-story books that were interesting and humorous with wonderful pictures and words in. We read them by turn or exchange with great interest. When I was a jounir student, I read some hand-written copies sometimes. Every hand-written copy was loved to read not only because of its wonder,but also because of fewer books. If so, most of them were short of interest. So the copies were popular with good many people,which were almost forbidden to read.“Western House”was one of them. Once I got one,I would have it in my hand all the time.

        It was because they would be borrowed or lent and had the certain time to read. As a result, I used to forget the time for dinner and bed so much that I often got blames from my parents. It is the charm out of interest and hobby.

        Interest and hobby is changeable with age and condition of life. The older, the less active.

        I often listen to the warmful and wonderful music to mould my temperament and mood ,and let the trouble far away from me. Music is a filter or catalyst. With the help of TV and computer,

        I often watch it or surf the Internet---reading and writing, watching, listening to music, doing QQ and so on. Sometimes I drink tea, talk or go hiking on a mountain with my friends. Climbing is not only for exercise but also improving one`s soul or mood.

        In a word, healthy interest and hobby is good for your health and mood. It can fill your empty spirit. Could you tell me about yours?
