    Penguins are aquatic （水生的） birds that cannot fly. But penguins can swim with quick grace. Most penguins can also dive up to 45 meters for their food. Short legs help to reduce resistance from the water while they are swimming. On land, penguins appear clumsy( 笨拙的 ) when they are walking.
