A: Hello everyone, and welcome to our first meeting of the Wildlife Club! First let me tell you why we wanted to start this club. A lot of us were trying to think of ways to help endangered animals, and we realized that we could have a group to meet and to get ideas. There are enough of us here to start, but maybe many more students want to do something useful too. So we need to encourage them to come to our meetings.
B: Why don't we design a poster to tell them about the club, and what we hope to do here?
C: Good idea.
A: And maybe we should decide which kind of animals to help most. We could ask the zoo to tell us which animals are in the most danger.
B: We need to educate people about what happens to animals. Lots of us buy gifts when we go on holidays and some of the gifts are made from animals, but many people don't realise that.
A: Yes, it's terrible to think that elephants, for example, are used to make jewellery.
C: We need to get working on that poster, now.
