The perfect pet

Daddy brought me to the pet store. He said I could buy a pet. But the pet store has so many pets, I don't know what to get.

I looked at the hamster in a cage, running ‘round and round' on a wheel. I thought he would made a nice little pet, until I heard him squeal!

The rabbit is quiet and nice. And its fur is soft and white. The rabbit looked right at me, but he hopped away in fright!

‘I know what you might like, it's must be a horse!' the shopper said. I giggled when I saw the horse. My room won't hold a horse!

When I saw a dog, I said to my father:‘Look Dad, I found it! Now he is the perfect pet!' He is cute, he is cuddly, he is the one I want to get.
