The weekend(周末)

Mrs. Johnson:   Hello. Were you at the butcher’s?

Mr.s Williams:  Yes, I was. Were you at the butcher’s(肉店),too?

Mrs. Johnson:   No, I wasn’t. I was at the greengrocer’s(蔬菜水果店).

                       How’s Jimmy today?

Mr.s Williams:  He’s very well, thank you.

Mrs. Johnson:  Was he absent(缺席) from school last week?

Mr.s Williams: Yes, he was. He was absent from Monday,

                       Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
