Public schools are free of charge, but parents need to pay for school uniforms and lunches for the children.

Schools can get part of the funds from the government, at the same time, get from collection of school fees and other additional costs.

There are many policies for the civil. The government encourages adults to study at high school, university or to learn special skills to participate in training courses. This is their right to study.

Some schools provides English classes for students whose mother tongue is not English .

Most of the school year starts  by mid-February and finishes in the middle of the of December. There are three –semesters in one school year .The first semester covers from  February to the first week of May,  then followed by a two-week vacation. The second term covers from the end of May to the end of August, there is one week-long holiday for the primary and secondary schools in July .The second semester is 2-3 weeks after the holiday. The third term covers from early September to the end of the school year. And followed by a longer summer vacation.
