Andy: When I was little, I wanted to be a firefighter（消防员）. What did you want to be when you were young?

Kate: A ballet（芭蕾） dancer. Now I’m not sure what I want to be. Dad has told me he’d like me to be a doctor like he is. And Mom is a lawyer, so she wants me to be one too.

Andy: Yeah, my parents want me to work in their business. But you know what?

Kate: What?

Andy: I want to be a cook and have my own restaurant（餐厅）. I’m very good at cooking.

Kate: What a coincidence!（好巧啊） I’m interested in cooking too. Let’s start a restaurant together.

Andy: Great! I’ll do the cooking, if you wash the dishes.

Kate: Are you kidding（开玩笑）? No way! I want to do the cooking, too.
