This session is to introduce the use of interviews through the presentation of group work. Different types of interviews will be compared, and particular attention will be given to semi-structured interviews. Issues of sampling, schedules, protocols, and ethics will be discussed. The use of case studies as an approach to explore the real-world issues will be presented. Students will be asked to practice practical interview skills in case studies.
